Innovative Therapy, Topsham, Maine December 2004 to present

Active Care Physical Therapy, Dover, New Jersey April 2001 to August 2004

"This gentle physical therapy is effective on chronic pain and old trauma areas and spared me longer healing time and cortisone injections in both my shoulder and thumb. Hand quilting resulted in tendonitis in my sewing thumb. Friends said, “I’ve had that and the only thing that will help is an injection”. Within two weeks Kurt had me using my thumb again nearly painlessly. Two doctors told me I had probably torn my rotator cuff and could be facing surgery. I had one steroidal injection and was told I’d need more. Kurt believed from the beginning, a lot of my pain was in my neck. He worked on it for some weeks and I went from not being able to dress myself to full use. If either tweaks me at all, I respect it for awhile and it passes. I am not afraid of injections but would rather not have medical aid if I can be healed naturallyI was provided with healthy, natural healing advice andliterature. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For me, that is what Innovative Therapy is all about." ....Patricia
